MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Senior Katie Scott picked up her 100th career victory and the Huntingdon women's tennis team picked up wins over Spelman and the University of Mobile on Tuesday.
Huntingdon (9-1, 4-0 Great South Athletic Conference) beat conference rival Spelman 8-1 before knocking off the University of Mobile 5-3.
Scott was part of two doubles victories and picked up win No. 100 with a 6-2, 6-3 win over Spelman's Lauren Holloway. Scott won in doubles with Micaela White against Spelman and teamed with Taylor Clark for a doubles victory against Mobile.
Clark picked up two singles wins and two doubles wins on the day. Hannah Still won both of her singles matches and teamed with Britni Thibodeau for a doubles win against Spelman. Thibodeau won in singles against Spelman.
White earned a singles victory against Spelman and Deidre Corbin won against Mobile. Farrah Mahan teamed with Clark for a doubles win against Spelman and teamed with Corbin for a doubles win against Mobile.
Huntingdon plays at Rhodes on Saturday at noon.
