Ramey Named Rookie Of The Week For The Second Time

MONTGOMERY,Ala.- For the second time this season, Huntingdon baseball freshman pitcher Jable Ramey has been named the CCS Rookie of the week.

The Vestavia Hills, Alabama native pitched 7.0 innings for the Hawks, allowing three hits. Facing 25 batters, the freshman pitcher threw 51 strikes out of 74 pitches and collected a win against Mount St. Joseph University.

Ramey and the Hawks travel to Birmingham Southern College to take on the Panthers on February 28th. Gametime is scheduled for 6:00 PM.
