Burr Dubbed CCS Golfer Of The Week

ATLANTA, Ga.- The Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) has announced its men's golf weekly honors, released by the league office on Wednesday.

Following up on his Golfer of the Year selection from last season, Huntingdon's Jack Burr has been recognized as the league's first golfer of the week for the 2025 Spring season.

Burr continued his strong start to the spring season, delivering top finishes in back-to-back tournaments for Huntingdon. He placed third overall at the Savannah Invitational, opening with consecutive rounds of 2-under 70 before closing with an even-par 72. Burr followed up with a 12th-place finish at the Tiger Invitational, where he posted rounds of 74 (+2) and 70 (-2) to lead Huntingdon on the leaderboard.

Burr and the Hawks return to action at the Jekyll Island Invitational beginning on March 21st.
