Burr And Baker Named All-Region Performers
PENFIELD, N.Y. - NCAA Division III PING All-Region honorees have been announced by the NCAA in coordination with the GCAA. Players across seven regions earned all-region honors in 2025.
Nationally-ranked #9 Huntingdon Men's Golf saw two student-athletes receive all-region recognition, with Jack Burr and Stephen Baker each being named among the best in region IV.
With his selection this season, this marks Burr's second time being named all-region. The two-time reigning CCS Golfer of the Year has recorded four top-10 finishes, including three inside the top five, in six spring tournaments for the Hawks. The junior from Milton, Ga., has a 71.5 season scoring average highlighted by an eight-birdie, seven-under 65 in the Jekyll Island Collegiate Invitational's final round to propell Huntingdon to victory. Ranked eighth via Scoreboard powered by Clippd, Burr is a three-time PING All-Region IV golfer and 2024 PING First Team All-American.
Stephen Baker joins Burr as the second Hawks selected to the all-region team. The two-time first team all-CCS selection and former CCS Champion has recorded two top-1- finishes, one of those being inside the top 3. The Fairhope, Alabama native has a scoring average of 71.4 for the season, ranking him #24 in the nation.
