Mat Gover Dubbed CCS Golfer Of The Week

ATLANTA, Ga.- Following his performance at the OBJ Memorial tournament this week, Mat Gover of Huntingdon Men's Golf has been recognized as the CCS Men's Golfer of the Week. 

Gover delivered a standout performance at the OBJ Memorial, finishing tied for second out of 109 golfers. Gover carded a round of 72 (+1) on the course before the tournament was shortened due to weather. His steady play helped propel the top-ranked Hawks to the team championship, their second in as many weeks. 

Gover and the #1 ranked Hawks look forward to teeing off for the first time in the Spring 2026 season on March 9th at the Tiger Invitational.
