Huntingdon men's tennis wraps up John McWilliams Invitational

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Huntingdon men's tennis team wrapped up play on Sunday at the John McWilliams Fall Invitational with a third place team finish with 12 points.
The Hawks got a point from the duo of Bobby Foroughian and Zac Baldwin in doubles play after they defeated Rafael Hewett and Ben Markowski of Point. Tyler Creamer and Meyer Schwartsberg picked up a win in their final doubles match, while the No. 3 doubles players in Trey Pirtle and Tyler Chaffee won both of their Sunday matches.
Creamer picked up the only men's singles win of the day with a 6-0, 6-4, defeat over Point's Robert Hays.
As a team the Hawks accumulated 12 total points over the two-day event. Birmingham-Southern won the men's team championship with 21 points, while Point finished second with 14.
