Men's Tennis Falls To Luther

ORLANDO, Fla.- Looking to bounce back from yesterday's loss at the hands of Union College, Huntingdon Men's Tennis couldn't find the answer today in a 6-1 loss to the Luther College Norse. See below for the comprehensive doubles and singles results. 

Doubles

1. William Massey and Lincoln Young were defeated by Rhys Biro-Moore and Jake Nelson 6-1
2. Tyler Garcia and Clayton Philley were defeated by Juan Hernanzed and Dikshan Chhikara 6-3
3. Owen Wheelock and Zach Cox were defeated by Jake Althaus and Gerardo Ramierez Mainou 6-2

Singles

1. William Massey defeated Joao Benvenutti in three sets, winning the first 7-6, losing the next 6-2, but winning the third 10-7
2. Tyler Garcia was defeated by Abhay Chhabra 6-2 in each set
3. Lincoln Young was defeated by Gerardo Mainou 6-0 in each set
4. Zach Cox was defeated by Dikshan Chhikara 6-4 and 6-2
5. Sage Speer was defeated by Jake Nelson 6-0 in each set
6. Clayton Philley was defeated by Jake Althaus 6-2 and 6-3

The Hawks close out their play in Orlando tomorrow, March 25th against St. Lawrence. Matches are set to begin at 2:00 PM CT.
