Gorden Dubbed USA South Women's Golfer Of The Week

MONTGOMERY, Ala.- After tying for 5th at the Savannah Invitational, Yvette Gorden has been recognized as the USA South Women's Golfer of the Week.

Native to Pike Road, Alabama, Gorden placed tied for fifth out of 99 golfers at the Savannah Invitational last week by shooting a four-under par 142. In the two-round event, Gorden opened with a two-under par 71 and finished with another two-under par 71. This is her second time this season bringing home the award

Yvette will look to continue leading the Hawks as they take on the 22nd annual Jekyll Island Women's Collegiate Invitational, beginning on March 20th.
