Davis Deemed USA South Women's Golfer Of The Week

MONTGOMERY, Ala.- For the first time in her career, former USA South Rookie of the Year Mary Charles Davis has been recognized as the conference's Women's Golfer of the Week. 

The Cullman, Alabama junior placed fourth out of 84 golfers at the Randolph-Macon Stith Invitational last week by shooting a three-over par 219. In the three-round event, Davis opened with a one-over par 73, improved on that with an even-par 72, before finishing with a two-over par 74. Also Nominated: Erin Donovan, Piedmont.

Davis and the Hawks will look to carry their momentum into the USA South Conference Championship beginning on April 20th.
