Payton Hill Named USA South Rookie Of The Week

MONTGOMERY, Ala.- The USA South Athletic Conference has released the league's weekly women's lacrosse awards.

Huntingdon's Payton Hill has been recognized as the league's Rookie of the Week.

The freshman attacker from Niceville, Florida totaled six points on five goals and one assist to go along with three ground balls and one draw control in a 1-1 week for the Hawks. In the lone win, a 15-14 victory over USA South foe Pfeiffer, Hill scored four times with one assist. 

Hill and the Hawks look to keep rolling on March 22nd, traveling to face N.C. Wesleyan. Gametime is set for 12:00 PM CT.
