Men's Wrestling Claims 2nd At Inaugural SLIAC Championship

EUREKA, Ind.- Traveling to Eureka College to compete in the program's first St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship, Huntingdon Men's Wrestling tallied one individual conference champion and four runner-ups en route to a second place finish as a team. 

Junior 157 lber Damion Jones serves as the Hawks lone conference champion. The Pavo, Georgia native entered the tournament ranked 8th regionally and swept today's tournament to claim the title. Brock Gross, Corbin Falgout, Thomas Seglio, and Kevin Shaw III each also saw impressive performances on the day, claiming 2nd within their respective weight classes. As a result of his success today and all season, Corbin Falgout was recognized as the SLIAC's Freshman of the Year, while junior Jacob Clark brought home an all-sportsmanship team selection.
