Dalyce Sanders Named CCS Women's Tennis Player Of The Week

ATLANTA, Ga.- Returning to the courts for the first time this season after completing a dynamic season as a key rotational piece of the Huntingdon Women's Basketball Team, Dalyce Sanders made quite the splash in her debut, bringing home CCS Player of the Week honors. 

The Prattville, Alabama native delivered a strong all-around performance to help Huntingdon post a 2–0 week with victories over LaGrange and MUW. Competing at the No. 3 singles position, Sanders earned a decisive 6–0, 6–1 win over MUW's Flynn. She also contributed in doubles play, posting a 2–0 record across two lineup spots. Sanders teamed with Anna Beth Adams for a 6–0 win at No. 3 doubles against LaGrange before pairing with Angelina Mazza to secure a 6–3 victory at No. 2 doubles against MUW.

Sanders and the Hawks open CCS play at home against Asbury on March 6th. Matches are set for 4:00 PM CT.
