Hawks Track And Field Soars At The KMS Invitational
BIRMINGHAM, Ala.- Traveling to the Birmingham CrossPlex for their inaugural competition of the 2025 calendar year, Huntingdon track and field had an exceptional showing at the KMS Invitational.
The men's team was led by Will Shirley and Rory Gilroy, each seeing top-five finishes, with Michaela Moore and Kate Smith headlining the women's performances. See below for Huntingdon's comprehensive results.
Men's 60m Dash
- Grayson York finished 34th overall with a time of 7.34 seconds
- Luke Story finished 45th overall with a time of 7.54 seconds
Women's 60m Dash
- Nariah Travis finished 38th overall with a time of 8.90 seconds
Men's 60m Hurdles
- Rory Gilroy finished 6th in prelims with a time of 8.85 seconds, qualifying for finals, where he would finish 4th overall with a time of 8.78 seconds
- Grayson York finished 15th overall with a time of 9.71 seconds
Men's 200m Dash
- Mackenzy Crawford finished 25th overall with a time of 23.27 seconds
- Gavin McAbee finished 33rd overall with a time of 23.81 seconds
Women's 200m Dash
- Nariah Travis finished 34th overall with a time of 29.14 seconds

- Rory Gilroy finished 22nd with a time of 52.72 seconds
